Farming is where you buy a piece of land from a secret gui you get by a console command.

Ed Rohk happens to be a land owner. Mail 300 GP to him (in the post office by the bank) to get a specified patch of land. He got me one near the forest :D

300 is too expensive go for 1000. The money on AoT is screwy.

You can't mail gold pieces.

Farming can mean fiber farming as NotInsaneChef said, or it can mean gold/dye farming through breaking boxes, ordynamite farming through killing fire orcs.
