Author Topic: I despise computers.  (Read 2067 times)

Tried, tried, to make a computer using parts that Reactor gave me, and the thing wont turn on. I've connected every single cable that can be connected, and still nothing. SATA cables, power cables that have acronyms ill never know the true purpose of, yellow whites and reds galore, and about a billion and one dropped screws.

I havnt even heard this thing run and i already wanna set it ablaze.

Post stories of how your computer has been handicapped.

Have you asked for help?

Add me on MSN.

ive had tech support try to help me
they say its something to do with the CPU, hopefully it is.

I hate my computer, whenever I play a game and try to do something, animations, shooting etc. Its freezes and i have to close it, and that happens even it preloads, i see other people doing the animations, and I defrag the game and do half the animation ahead of time. ARGH( I WISH, I WISH WITH ALL MY HEART, THAT THIS THING EXPLODES, IN FIERY PARTS),

Sounds like a motherboard problem, if it won't turn on. My motherboard had a problem of it not letting the computer turn on, and a little light was flashing. I got angry and stuck a plastic connector piece in between the motherboard where the blinking LED was, and it worked.

on mine, nothing at all will turn on.
no LED or anything, i plug it in, flip on all the switches, and silence.

I would find someone more capable, before you break everything.

Did you plug it in?

Jess, I dislike you.

did he plug it into the right place?

how did tech support determine it was the CPU if it had never turned on?
i would assume power supply or motherboard for starters

they did an over the phone thing, and we tested the PSU, that ran fine when we did that paperclip method.
also the UPS guy who delivered the CPU threw the box over the fence.

Wow, what a douche.

they always do that, usually they end up being fine because the only thing they deliver to us are shoes (my mom orders them online in bulk for no apparent reason)
