Avatars remain in server after people leave

This has been happening to me lately, where after people disconnect from my server, their avatars remain, whether they spawned or not.  I will try to post my console log as soon as I can, if no one has a simple solution for me.  Also, I can't use the console code to delete the player object, because the person left the server and it cannot locate them by name.  If anyone can help, that would be great, I really don't want to have to reinstall if there is an easier way to fix it.

There are no console errors, I checked when people disconnect.
I disabled/deleted any recent addons I got, and it's still doing it.
The first time it happened was when I created a dedicated for the first time.

Update on the situation:
They go away when I clear all bots, and they also act like bots, but is there any way to prevent it from happening in the first place?

Just try reinstalling. It takes 10 minutes tops, including downloading v11.

Yeah, but if it's an addon issue then I could easily fix it.
I'll wait to see if anyone has a better answer, if not, I'll reinstall.

Update on the situation:
I noticed that people spawn right before they leave if they hadn't already spawned yet.

And Jaydee, what were some recent add-ons you got?

Sorry for a double post, but I also realized that if someone had a ghost brick planted and left the server, that ghost brick stays there, even if I use /clearallghosts.

Delete all add-ons.
Re-install the game.
Never install any add-ons ever again.
