Edit: ZSNO, the map is doing that thing where you have to place a plate inside the ground to build D: or any brick for that matter. HALP

My map has also had the same problem.


We need more guns D: Modelers? Wanna make guns :D ?
What type? Rifles? Shotguns? Pistols?  I can export now so it will be more helpful for the scripters.

Well... how about this, guys: All the weapons that will be used in the mod will be custom. We've got the hunting rifle (more damage pls... sooo hard to kill anything with it), how about one machine gun (some sort of M16 or AK?), one non-scoped rifle that's less accurate but higher damage, a shotgun, and a pistol. All animated :D of course they don't have to be done anytime soon (That would take a while to model/animate them all), but what do you guys think?

Default ones are perfectly fine, IMO.

I have a rifle, shotgun and maybe a pistol ready to go (just needs to be exported).  Oh, and I have this auto I posted somewhere a while back (The one laying on the ground).  Here's the rifle.  And the shotgun was posted on this topic some pages back.  I just checked for a pistol and I do not have one that would fit this gamemode.  So specify a model and I'll give it a go.

Default weapons are awesome. But having custom weapons will add to the effect of the mod. In the old "Heat RPG", it was just scripts and a heat bar, nothing really visible. If there's cool new weapons, the mod'll be much better.

I think all of those would work great. As for the pistol... I dunno. Googling... okay I googled "survival pistol" (lol) and one of the pics it brought up was this...





Your models are, as always, extremely hawt. That SIG 550 and the 560 are sooo hawt :O
I think it fits the theme well enough. It would be very cheap compared to other weapons, as it's very small. Emphasis on small, that should be the main feature of the model :3

Yeah, I think that we should either use the default or one of the revolvers.  There's too many pistols that look basically the same.

How hard was it to get the hunting rifle scope working? I can't really remember. If it was easy/will be easy since we've done it before, I'd keep the scope and have the zoom thing. If it's not worth the trouble, have it without.


Oh and as for the pistol, yeah that'll work fine. I still think small pistols are cool... those little airsoft ones you could shove down your pants and noone would notice :3 but for this default'll work.

Model iron sights on, they don't have to have scopes, but if they do, make sure the scopes are hollow. I can adjust the Eye offset through code to make it look like you're aiming with the guns sights.

Okay, the shotgun is done and it has iron sight's.  The far sight's kind of hard to see.  I'll try and fix that.

I don't feel "part of it all"... :.(

Anyways, I am almost done with the final map, just need ZSNO to pm me that he is still alive and I can get some help from him.
