Okay. You lack quite a bit that it takes to make a good clan. A good clan topic must include;

• Ideas divided into paragraphs.
• Headers.
• Information regarding how to apply, or what is needed to join otherwise.
• A logo of some sort, of even your clan's name at a large size, in a nice font.
• A list of members. Make sure you have a few members before posting a clan topic.
• Detailed description of what your clan is all about.
• Good grammar and spelling.

Make sure your topic meets these things before posting another one.
