Well yesterday in Gym we were doing the presidental tests for push-ups. I did 51, which is usually my average. All yesterday my upper arms hurt, but today it's worse, whenever I move the slightest, my upper back and chest muscles start to ache. Also, my ribs are fragile as forget, not only can I bend them again but they hurt this morning, and today we did the sit-up test, which loving hurt, really bad.

Anyhow, you guys ever done a lot of push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, etc. and have muscle aches for a few days?

explain that to your gym instructor..you've reached your limit...overdoing is hazardous to your health..

Yep, i remember this one time after PE testing.

I did like 50 or so push ups.

Even to this day.. lol jk.
For like a week, it ached. But, it wasn't too bad.

I did it myself to try an have number 1 amount of pushups by beating my friend Junior who did 56 D:

Sometimes I get aches , but it's usually because of my inactivateness.

I can definitely see the difference!

This happens to me a lot. In the beginning of the year in my PE class we had to do a test to see how many push-ups and sit-ups in a minute or so. I tried to overshoot the push ups and I did like 40-60 I cant remember but it was around there. The next day the muscle around my armpit to my elbow hurt like a bitch.

If I were you i'd do low arm movement and ice your arm.

Nice. 45-50 is my average. I'm more of a strength person than endurance. I can push a lot at a time, but not so much when it comes to push ups over and over again.
