What I don't like is the blatant Dilbert rip-off. I mean come on, a curved tie? That is really original. Is it a rare boa-constrictor tie like Dilbert’s? Waiting till he lets his guard down to hang him on a low beam as he walks past? I didn’t think so and that is the only possible explanation for a curved tie. I didn't get any farther than seeing the gravity defying tie before I gave up.

You should make a flash series if you can animate :o

On second thought, if you can draw a bunch of body limbs for one of the characters with separated joints (arms would be two or three sections (forarm, below elbow, hand)), I could take a shot at it. I got an animating program and I can use bone animation :D

READ THE REST OF MY EDUT

Apparently you haven't watched the show enough.  It's very much like Billy and Mandy.  That doesn't mean it's not good, but being that the drawing style isn't entirely unique, I would suggest that he makes the storyline different.

Step 1: Change the amount of main characters.

Billy and Mandy are only similar because the one kids handicapped and the other's a girl.

Other than that you could say any show is like Billy and Mandy. Edd, Ed, and Eddy was that because Edd was handicapped, Songebob is like it because Patrick is handicapped. I could see if the third character was say the Grim Reaper, but as far as I know, it's not much like the show.

I mean it's like the episode of the South Park. "Simpsons Did it", there's not much left for plots any more. So I don't see a problem here.

SIMPSONS DID IT! SIMPSONS DID IT!
Loved that one.
Oh, yeah and thanks.

Hey guys, remade "Bestest Bud's" Pic and submitted it to DeviantART
:D
Oh yeah /shrubme

From what I picked up of the first comic, it goes like this:
Jenny/Grim - Often off doing something else, does not enjoy Jimmy's/Billy's presence. (Not sure about Jenny, yet, since they did not meet in the comic)
Willy/Mandy - Spends a lot of time at Jimmy's/Billy's house, does not enjoy his presence but tolerates it.
Jimmy/Billy - Your regular blockhead, very oblivious.

Then we could compare it to Spongebob, as you mentioned:
Squidward/Grim/Jenny - Grumpy, tries to avoid Spongebob and Patrick
Patrick/Jimmy/Billy -  "Your regular blockhead, very oblivious."
Spongebob, Simply does not fit the equation.

Or we could compare his comic to Ed, Edd, and Eddy, as you also mentioned:
Ed/Jimmy/Billy/Patrick - See above
Edd, does not fit the equation, very tolerant of both characters, smart, does not encourage Eddy's schemes, but helps anyway.
Eddy, also does not fit the equation.

Each one has at least one unique character except for, of course, Animated.
On that note, it was either episode 45 "Billy Idiot", or episode 52 "Hill Billy" of The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy that had a very similar plot and and started in an almost identical way to the comic you currently have posted. I remember comparing it to one of those two in the original thread as well when you told us about the plot.
I liked your comic, and I like your art, but it's not very original.

See above post

Did you talk to Lalam about this?

I told him about the whole Ed, Edd and Eddy, and Spongebob things.

No, I didn't, I was just replying to Swholli's post.

Well I suppose that's true, but I suppose you're right. I was just referring to the fact that there always seems to be a semihandicapped character with another character who sort of acts like the piece keeper among them. Though I had not known the plot where Billy gets a hobby because it's been a while since that cartoon has been on.

I liked your comic, and I like your art, but it's not very original.

It's kinda hard to make something original when everything has been done, but I try my best. and Thanks.

I love your style of cartooning. I'm learning it at school right now and it's great.
