a. make it a little darker Can do
b. make some blood on headcrab Can't do it, i don't have the MS3D file, so i can't position it right
c. make it have noise I don't think i can make it do that :(

 on hl1 look just under its 2 front legs on the palp thingys

What the forget were you expecting, Crysis on max detail on everything? Half Life is over ten damn years old, it's no surprise that the graphics aren't amazing in comparison to what's kicking about today.

Bah, Siba gave me a zombie type of it, it's more glitchy than this, the Zombies have the headcrab or the guts sometimes, i had to adjust some of the movement speeds too

This, meaning sometimes a zombie will have the guts model, most of the time it won't, same goes for the headcrab

Yes, they DO. I have half-life 2, half-life, half-life opposing force and half-life blue shift. They move.

Prove it.  I have beeten the entire Half Life 2 saga and have noticed no movement of any of the zombie other than them walking. 
I think they move in Half Life 1, but this zombie isn't based off of anything from HL1, so why did you even add that in?
