Blockland Admininstrator, Is he Real?

Some named "Blockland Admininstrator" Entered my server today, he said nothing, then left, I wanted to know, Is he really what his name says? Or is he someone looking for reputation?
This is really bugging me, and I for one, find it intersting, And would like to know, I Only got one picure.

Oh and, his BL_ID is 8448.
Someone please shed some light on this...
