please help, server problems

Ok so I run servers and stuff and I get mega lag. So I was wondering if you could help me.

I can't exactly explain the lag and what its like so I will be running a server to show you.

It might take awhile but the lag kicks in after a minute or so of hosting.

wtf? and its effecting my posting
