I'm not quite sure what this format is.

colorShiftColor = "0.0 0.7 0.0 1.000";Is the color green. ( Extracted from horseray )
Anyone got any idea what the color format is here?

Does it need it's own color chart or is it the same as RGB only with one extra digit?
EDIT: I'm a moron. Just googled it. Is the Alpha always 1.000 for blockland?
