The US are very lucky. That's not the only thing that isn't spelt English. Apologize is all wrong.

Let me tell you something about asia. In asia, in diffrent countries, we have diffrent languages and in thoes languages, we have dialects. For example Madarin and Cantoneese. The're both the same language but diffrent ways of saying things. All languages in asia have diffrent dialects so think of our english as a diffrent dialect.

Actually, the seconds sentence has no subject. The third one is excusable as an exclaimation, although it doesn't have a subject, object, or verb.

The second sentence is still a fragment.
