converting .wav to .ogg

How do you convert .wav files to .ogg files? What program would I use?

Audicity is free. Look it up. There is also a tutorial for it somewhere on these forums.

If you have a mac, drag the .wav file into word or text edit. Then save as, while your saving make it (Name).ogg hit don't add extension, and boom you've got it on your desktop or where ever you saved it to. On a pc, open up word, go to File>Open...>(Name).wav open it and do the same saving process as on a mac.
