Author Topic: Child research - Loophole?  (Read 5934 times)

Well I was doing nothing in particular when I came across this little question. This question stated that Child research ISN'T Illegal. I went to see the users name so I could email him stating how wrong he was, and he presented the Yahoo community a link. That link was to Pirate's Bay, which was a torrent for around 70 pictures of nude children from 10-16. From the comments, I was told that this wasn't illegal. The reason was because:

Either The Man didn't find it yet
or
No children were raped or abused in the making of these pictures.

Discuse

Also, is it against the rules to post a link that leads to a link that leads to a download which leads to child research?

Under 18, and nude, illegal.

this is more of asking what is technically child research.
and after doing about two seconds of research, i became upon this as being the definition of research:
loveually explicit pictures, writing, or other material whose primary purpose is to cause loveual arousal.

however, two lines down it states research can also be sensational or lurid material;
so is blockland research then?

So if no one reports it, it's legal?

Child research is research of any persons under the legal age. This is illegal.
Child nudity is nudity of any persons under the legal age. This is not illegal.

So if no one reports it, it's legal?
Yupers. Its not illegal if no one knows about it. EXCEPT PIRACY EVERYONE KNOWS WHEN YOU ILLEGALLY DOWNLOAD STUFF

Ontopic: Is it illegal to look-up child research too? cause i had to do a report on it and i think the FBI are tracking me because i googled it.

Legal or not, it is still disgusting and morally incorrect.

It's google. You can look up anything you want  :cookieMonster:

Although, with piracy I think interwebs people can find you :I

morally incorrect.

Is it? Is it really?

Humans are animals too, we just anything to cover ourselves with.

Why is cannibalism frowned upon? Other animals eat their own kind all the time.

We're so self important.

It's borderline illegal to think about it, so yes you could be prosecuted for looking up child research, given enough people care to even bother processing you of course.

This topic earns:

meme stuff

Get out.

You think the FBI really has a thing on Google that locates anyone searching phrases such as "child research"?

That actually sounds somewhat logical.

This isn't about cannibalism. It's about sick people having love with children. Even animals don't do that stuff.

Under 18, and nude, illegal.

This.

It's quite loving obvious.
