I made everything on my mini fig semi-trans using Amades way, there was no node for node name hat though.

Do you get any weird graphical glitches while looking at him? I know doColorShift has some weird graphical sorting properties on animated models but seeing that transparent fig makes things a bit more hopeful.

Any sort of transparency in torque messes up in some way or another, The z sorting is horrendous. For example you may not be able to see another transparent person if they stood infront of him, or if he walked infront of a transparent brick.

That is awesome. We need to make that into a playertype or something.

How'd you do that? That'd be perfect for what I'm working on!

I did something like this, I used setTempColor(255, 255, 255, 255); I didn't know how to use it back then. I got a weird transparent person that morphed their color with the background behind it and when I went in front of bricks, they wouldn't show up behind me. Kinda cool actually.

Ya, I got some weird shoulders and stuff depending on how you look at the player. If you look through the chest you couldn't see bricks.

You can see through bricks if there's a transparent player in the way of the view.
