Is it possible to download Add-Ons off servers?

I was only wondering if this is possible....
Is it possible to set up BL to download stuff such as vehicles, weapons, and scripts off servers? If possible, please elaborate, if not, flame or complain to you heart's content.

NOTE: I already know BL automatically downloads 3D models and essential script parts, but this is about setting BL to download stuff such as the CI and Kill Icon, so that the file can be packaged into an Add-On.

Unlike G-mod, you will download the items, but you can't use them, like maps, in G-mod you can downlaod maps and use them for your self, in blockland you can't, sorry :|.

Get RTB then get the info on the server

Yay, I don't want My Add-ons folder filled with crap

You only get the resources needed to use the add-ons, such as shapes, textures, sounds, etc., but not the add-on script files. You need the script files to use them, and they need to be in a zip. So no, you cannot get add-ons from other servers.
However if you get RTB, you can see what add-ons other servers are using, and then download them from RTB.
