Why do people want halo to stay out of blockland?

Halo 1-3 are awesome games.
And if someone could make the animations like in halo with the banshee and the others (the "get on animation"), it would be AWESOME.

Blockland isn't Halo.
Even though Halo is a very nice game, we're trying to keep other game stuff out, to get away from copyright fraud.

I personally dislike Halo, and wish that we don't have 90 million addons all themed to turn Blockland into halo.

I searched and I didn't get a real answer. By this I mean some people said it was $30, some said $5, and some said $20.
