Dreamweaver isn't a language. Furthermore, It's like saying "I know how to use Microsoft Word". The banner at the top is extremely annoying, but I like the color scheme.

I just use Dreamweaver for tables because I loving hate using notepad for tables. And I can't use JavaScript on Dreamweaver to save my life get's annoying.
