So this guy is a handicap. He also looks to have a thing against Yuki, who seems to really have changed himself since his return.

So you do not keep track of who you think is trustworthy and respectable? How can you predict how others are going to act towards you? In any case. He is is an idiot that I think others would agree to get out or to resolve the issue and change. That is what Drama is for. Resolution or GTFO.

Examples of people who followed the first choice:
Me
Yuki

Examples of people who followed the second choice:
Iban (he may be annoying but you have to at least admit to him being able to surpass an IP ban once or twice. Even so, he choose to stay out the final time.)
Others: Banned, decision made for them.

Resolution:
The person must follow other's advice to chaing one's self to better their ways and quiet any drama.

Essentially Nymethus stuffposts every time things look grim for him in the posting battlefield (which is 90% of the time because he sets himself up like a motherforgeter).

He seems to have a thing for burning asses and I think it's an acquired taste because no one else is laughing or smiling at his edginess when he posts that around. I guess it's his way of literally stuffting on a topic, it works! He contributes absolutely nothing except further proof of his stupidity, isn't that grand. We could all take a page out of his posting etiquette book.
