If you looked in the "Transparent Blockheads" Thread in the moddifacation disscusion, you saw...well the obvious. That made me think. Can you make a Blockhead...Glow?

No. It is technologically impossible to script such a thing.

That's usually an exporter thing which tells the engine whether the mesh should ignore lighting conditions or not. Not sure if you could script it so a specific mesh does that.
