Console Command Help Please.

I would like to some some of the console commands like Saying things to clients, and other useful things like that.
I tried everything I could think of. The Blockland console is unlike the other consoles I have seen.

Someone has to know how!
I will restate my question in a more understandable form.
I want to be able to walk up to the computer that is hosting and type something in the console (big black box thing) and have it appear as a chat message.
Help Please.

First off: Client Console or Dedi Console

Second: If its dedi console, To do a chat message like "CONSOLE: Chat Message Here", just type

talk("Chat Message Here");  in the console
