Hosting a server isn't as fun as it used to be.
People ask "is it a long load?". I don't answer. I don't know how many of my add-ons the already have.

I would usually ask what the weather is. Both finding a loophole in what people hate, and saying something nonsensical at the same time! score!  :D

By the way, it's kinda stupid if you give every new player their own topic. Even if it's only one topic. Just another complaint of how this deprived, disease-stricken world is having more and more "interesting" children.

Well, in my opinion, I really don't "miss" all the BL Oldies as much as a majority or BL players do, because I joined sometime in late v10 with an 8k ID, but I can ignore most of the BL newbies, (notice I said newbies, not noobs) but sometimes it gets so out of hand I just have to retaliate against it, or I just kick/ban them if I'm admin.
But yeah, all these newbies are killing BL as we speak. Although I have met some great BL Oldies, like NiXiL or [GSF]Ghost (who was a pretty good friend). I have met Badspot, but seriously, who hasn't? But then again, he doesn't fit in the BL Oldy catagory, more like a... Um... BL Creator... :P
But seriously, these newbies are annoying. Some may act all cool, like someone you can get along with, but a huge majority of them are just plain aweful, especially their building skills, and attitude.

My best advice is to just ignore them. It will be hard, I know, but at least try.

Building skills doesn't matter, it's just how they act, and I think that's what drove away a lot of the older players.  Actually, come to think of it, most of them don't even build, they just kinda walk around looking at what you made, then leave.

They made BL boring now, no one makes houses in freebuilds, except for like two people, and that's it. Freebuilds aren't even freebuilds anymore, just stand-around-and-do-nothing servers D:
