I meant like how Ace made a model of the Golden Gate Bridge. That kind of modeling.

And I really don't think that a non functional model can be an app! Think about it, without the functionality, it's just a sketchup model, so it really poses no relevancy to Blockland or the clan.

Anyhoo, Krystal, would it be possible for me to have a dual tag? By this I mean, I feel that I'm pretty skilled in both structural and eventing areas. So for the ending tag would I be able to have something like S/E or whatever?

I'm making an application for General, I may have been here for almost a year right now, but it's really time I ought a learn to build seriously. One of my friends uses me so I can host servers and when he is around, he doesn't want to build at all and I kind of do it on my own. That's why pretty much. In other words, I just want to build seriously for once, and I thought this clan might do me some good.

General is a good place to start.  Trust me, you'll learn a lot about building through the other members, and I'm sure you'll be able to start getting serious.
Darth is usually building on one of his KC servers, unless we're fooling around on a recently finished clan project, but it will give you the opportunity to build and learn.
