Turns out when I reset my computer, the last 3 digits in my I.P or whatever changed from 104 to 100. So I changed the number on my router page from 104 too 100. I'm really not sure what it was, because I'm not the best at this sort of thing. But if you want to see the I.P adress or whatever it is, go to run then type CMD then type IP config and press enter. And the number thingy should be there for you to see, remember its the last 3 digits.
