Just like religious people are like 'OMG IT'S THE END OF THE WORLD, JESUS IS COMING, LIFE IS GREAT!" ?

I've never said that, nor never will.

And I've never said "OMG ASTEROIDS, OMG GLOBAL WARMING, OMG ICE AGE."
So therefore neither of our statements work out.
I just made you invalidate your own point. :D

How could this world be created without a God?

How could anyone create a world?
By gravitational forces pulling together hunks of rock until we have our world

(See the first answer)

Yes, I think of all religions like that, as just a book of morals and stories to help you point your life in a good path.

Religion has the potential to do allot of good, but it also has the potential to do allot of bad. The core principle of religion has and always will be self preservation, that is the goal or religion. You see this in all teachings in some way or form. People support religion, if there aren't enough people then a religion can die out. But keep in mind religion doesn't have a mind of it's own, people make the decisions to keep religion going, and sometimes they'll try to preserve it at any cost.

Naturally this preservation can lead to extreme maneuvers such as "putting the fear of god" into people, as well as allot of disinformation, anything in order to ascertain absolute unconditional faith in the religion with threats to excommunicate whoever isn't completely faithful in some cases. However there are many instances within that same religion where a huge amount of good comes out of the very same teachings, and there is limited to no disinformation. So religion itself isn't at fault but instead it might be some of the people in it... Again saying all religion and people who believe in it suck is generalization, which is synonymous to racism and loveism.

Funny story though. In these technological times it's difficult for many religious sectors simply because science is pushing allot of what the classical religious beliefs were, so there is heavy competition between science and religion for beliefs. The funny thing is allot of religious scientists are using techniques like carbon dating for instance to help pinpoint religious dates and historical events. How do you think some people feel about their fellow religious friends working to turn over those forbidden rocks to find out more about their religion? These people ironically also help expand on the very technology that is slowly proving allot of classical religious beliefs to be false.

Of course, religion could potentially adapt as it has in the past, and it will again be forced to do so. It's already changing rather quickly, becoming much more communal and relaxing it's boundaries. It will need to do this and more in order to be preserved.

How could this world be created without a God?

How could anyone create a world?
So first you basically state that this world had to have been created by a god.

Then you say that no one could create a world.

CONTRADICTION MUCH?

Can't we all just hold hands, and sing Michael Row the Boat Ashore?

Missing Link Found

Proof that the missing link is the missing link is still missing.

Really? Can I see an article or something about that? Seems interesting.

No matter how much you guys argue, evolution will remain a THEORY, if you really want to help your side of the argument, go out and dig up fossils and things like that. Hopefully you can be the one that finds the missing link!

Yes. Just like relativity is a theory (Or did they disprove that yet. No idea). Its yet to be proved, yet it makes sense and it seems to be right. The definition of a theory is a well supported body of interconnected statements that explains observations and can be used to make testable predictions.

I'm getting rather annoyed how a large amount of people, when presented evidence, say it was given to us by god to test us or the like. A+B=BC, its not A+B=V just because god said it is.

Good points, I'm making science my new religion.

Best. Religion. Ever.

Oh, looks like we'll have to wait another 1,000 to find another conspiracy.
Care to elaborate? I don't understand what you mean.

I guess stuff just enhances itself on its own.
It does. I'm going to try to explain this as simply as I can to you, so listen closely.

There's this thing that happens called mutation. The process of mutation is when DNA gets forgeted up while it's copied. This can happen while cells are multiplied, or when offspring is produced. This is what causes cancer as well, but that's a whole different story. It happens all the time. Make sense so far?

Okay so, let's say a rabbit is born. When it's conceived let's say the DNA gets forgeted up during the process. Is this possible? Of course, it happens all the time. Now let's say during this loving up, the trait for rabbits feet gets altered, and it's born with larger feet. Now let's say these larger feet help the rabbit to run faster. Wouldn't the rabbit have a better chance for survival than other rabbits if it can escape things like wolves easier? Of course it would. Now since this is true, then the rabbit would have a better chance of reproducing, and therefore all of its offspring would have larger feet as well. This is the process of Natural Selection.

Now, if this happens countless times over history, doesn't it make sense that different species could be made?

That's Evolution.

And that Explosions make stuff like water and bacteria.
Care to elaborate? I don't understand what you mean.

Look at all the crap that is going to happen: ASTEROIDS! ICE AGE! GLOBAL WARMING! I mean like seriously How could global warming and an ice age happen at the same time. Scientists need to get their facts straight. Its thanks to people like you that I can stay a Christian. You constantly rage at Christians with you pointless facts and ones that make no sense whatsoever.
You're loving stupid. Make sure you research things before you go around and spew your bullstuff. Hey look what I found after a quick Google!

Quote
Global warming can speed up the next ice age by melting the arctic, releasing fresh water into the ocean, throwing off the balance of salt to fresh water. This will stop a large ocean current that transfers heat from the equator to the northern hemisphere. When this happens, heat will no longer reach the northern hemisphere, causing our next ice age.

Now you apologize, young man!
