I'm making somthing for Blockland, and I was wondering. How do you look at the script of an add-on?

Notepad
Or is that .cs only?

I open the DTS of Pandan's HaloRL in Notepad, but all I get is a mass of symbols that I don't think is real script.
Let me try a more recent one.

.dts are MODEL files, not code files.

Yes, the scripts are the .cs files. Look at your .zip folders, not your regular folders in your add-ons.
