Ok, so today i was just hosting my server which was a lab Rp.
Next thing, blockbuilder comes along and starts trolling and asking for admin so i tell him that he is not getting admin and to read rule 1 and he kicks off (again) calling us all noobs and friends so i permaban him from my server. Reason: Get lost troll.

Then he irc's me and here is what happened :
