Author Topic: My opinion  (Read 2868 times)

This is my idea, my opinion, my theory of how things are. I know you will disagree with it, but there is nothing I can do, nor am I saying I am right because you may very well have some valid points that will help me change my opinion into something more universal than it is. I am just stating my opinion. My goal is to not cause conflict or spark a debate.

This is also extremely metaphysical, so if you don't understand what I am trying to say, its becuase the English language is loving handicapped.

In my opinion, there is one Lord, one God, one Creator of all the world, the galaxy, the universe. But in itself the Lord is within the universe in an underlying plane of a sort of spiritual presense. Not so much that every living thing is a part of God or that God is a part of everything, but God is present in all things, through His creation, the universe. The universe thereby is an extension of God and His will.

All things in this universe act logically and have a specific understandable pattern to them, however as humans, we are incapable of understanding this pattern. That does not mean at all that humans don't have free will. Not at all.

Free will is the driving force of change in the universe. Everything that happens is a result of either complex physics, or a spiritual decision that would influence such. If you look at the brain at an atomic level, all things that happen within it are mapable and predictable if one could see the big enough picture. But free will still exists, not in the mind, but in the soul. This conciousness that people have are what give them the ability to choose on their own.

This gets more complicated in that every choice will branch the universe into two possible scenarios, both to be experianced and lived. The problem is that humans only experiance one branch of this, and it keeps changing constantly, but as it changes, it stays the same in it is the one we conciously experiance in this version of reality.
We will experiance everything we choose (or others choose) and how it affects our lives in the way it does. If a choice is done differently, then we experiance that instead, that other version of reality, but the version of reality where we didn't choose differently we still experiance what was prior, without knowing of the second version. That is the way it goes. This is a hard to explain and hard to understand concept but it is rather logical when one thinks about it enough.

The spiritual plane is what drives the universe's ideas, how it works, but on this plane there exists so much that cannot be comprehended by humans. This plane intertwines through this dimension and into others inperceptable by humans. It is not so much a plane actually as a level of existance, in that objects that occupy this plane seem to exist in much different ways than say a box sitting in a room. Changes to the physical relm greatly impact this spiritual sense, such as playing a happy song lightens the mood, painting your room black and drawing the curtains leads to something more dark. This energy that is created can be described as angles and demons by some and I acknowledge that is one way to look at it but as I see it being more of a force than a presense, I would prefer to refer to it as a sort of spiritual energy. Humans of course can tap into this spiritual energy for guidance (like intuition) or inner strength or creativity or healing and much more. Humans have a influence on this energy as well though. This energy helps humans identify things in ways that they probably often don't realise. Of course the energy affects the physical relm on its own accord. Dark energy can overwhelm a person and they succumb to it causing actions they may not even recognize as evil.

What is evil though? Against the will of the Lord. Simple definition, but difficult conecpt. I my self do not know what the will of the Lord is. Only He knows it. This is one thing that pisses so many people off is how much they don't want to accept that they don't have the final say in their life. Sure someone can rebel against God but its a pretty stupid thing to do.

Anyways, the dark energy works to drive people away from God and can be very distinct and direct or stealthy. Someone may think they are being nice by helping you do something but they actually are imparing you from acheiving something more important.

A brief pause to say this is confusing to write because I don't want to restate things too much :P
I had to take a stretch break and thus I lost my most recent train of thought and shall just go to the next thing.

Yes, God created all life on earth. And yes the Bible tries to describe things but something that must be taken into account is that the Bible is divinely inspired but written by man, and not only that, but humans wasn't even around during the beginning of the creation of the world, so humans cannot beging to comprehend what happened then. It is quite possible that there was an Adam and Eve that were tempted by Sin and thus banished from a land of perfection set aside for them, however I believe this is more of a symbolic thing. This could show that humans evolved in such a way that they could influence the spiritual existance that they could choose to defy God. Which of course, being the stupid humans they are, jumped at the oppertunity. This free will came at a cost I suppose. Mankind became quite good at doing evil things such as wars, slavery, lust.

One thing that was specifically mentioned in the Bible is that intercourse be only used for the begetting of children. That is it. The Bible does not condone homoloveuality, it condones the act of homoloveual intercourse as no child could be born of such an act. But there I go off on a tangent.

Anyways, now for this Jesus fellow. One problem for mankind was it was so easy to be led into temptation due to the nature of free will, it was so easy to choose against God. Jesus followed God's will to the letter to prove the power that free will could hold. He died for the wrongs of the world, all the actions chosen against the will of God, all the sins. In believing in him, and following his teachings, it is easyer to thus follow the will of the Lord and therefor be better in sync in the universe.

When one dies, their connection to their physical manifestation is gone. All that remains is their soul. Where heaven and hell come in is more that, those who chose against the Lord and the will of the universe have thus chosen a permanant existance of desynchronization, they get no further choices, and are abandoned of everything that gives them energy. They are forever trapped in a pit of dispair, want, and agony, due to this lonelyness that they experiance when there is nothing left for them at all. This complete emptyness that is so indescribable. According to the Bible, such an event happened on earth for the three days after Jesus died where the world was left without any connection to the living will of the universe and any connection to God. But even then they still had their physical manifsetations to keep them in an illusionary state of fullfilment.

If one remains true to the will of the Lord and remains within the basic overall scheme of the universe they will depart only from existance on the physical realm, but then in return gain access to the universal presense. They become part of soemthing greater than themselves, but are so fulfilled with this existance, they cannot feel dissatisfaction. I do not know if one retains one's identity in this ascension but I do believe that when one manages to follow God's will, he is rewarded with an everlasting peace in his soul, something that again, cannot be described with our limited experiances and this limited language.

And now for some point specific things that I would like to address somewhat vaugley:

The meaning of life cannot be known, because it is what God's will for us. We make the decisions but the decisions are going to always lead into a branch of reality that exists. We cannot conciously make a decision to not exist anywhere at all, therefore, we experiance life as it is presented.

The reason people suffer is unkown, yet understandable. Every choice people make puts them in places that will allow for them to suffer. But you may say that in Germany, they didn't want to be tortured, but the decision was by those loving national socialist starfishs to do it, so the choice was made. Natual disasters happen because that physically is what happens. A volcano erupts because physically a pocket of magma punched its way through the surface, a hurricane strikes because physically the high temperatures created a small cloud system that was further perpetuated by warm moist air and the atlantic currents to make a large storm. True on the most highest level, this is all designed to happen in the exact manner, but the reason for everything is not comprehendable by mankind.

And God does love us. But the word love is so vauge nowadays it could mean anything from brotherhood to lust. This love that the Lord has is more of a desire for coexistance, a gravitation toward unity. Much like how the poles of a magnet attract, there is a pull that the spiritual universe has on human souls to attempt to create a unity. The soul is meant to return to the universe and thus there is a force present to make it do such, and that force could easily be described as love.

I would like to point out that it is now six hours past the time I usually go to sleep so I am going to be understandably tired. My grammar probably isn't at its best but I do think this is mostly readable.
Again this is not meant as an attack on anyone, I just feel like I should speak out and state what I believe and what my opinion is on how the universe exists.

TL;DR - forget off.

There is one thing I have to say in the entire universe that says my opinion on this.

tl;dr

How can you not like my opinion if you don't know what it is...

Save this incase you ever need to write an essay about God.

I don't like your opinion xD

tl;dr

This is the longest topic I've ever seen. :o

I must say after reading this whole thing I have but one thing to say/do

*highfive*

The meaning of life cannot be known, because it is what God's will for us.
Do you recall Gods last message to his people?

i dont believe in god im polytheistic in a sense

I read it all and found it interesting, but I found some things odd.

Basically, since you seem to reference the bible a lot, I figured I'd point out what I believe is wrong with the bible.

The bible is a creation of man, and every creation of man has a purpose. Now, the bible was supposedly rewritten, so the initial purpose could be anything. But, if it has always been God's word, why would it need to be rewritten? Why is there variations of belief if there is only one will of God?

Control. My belief is that it was rewritten to control a population. Why is that you must follow the will of God to gain entry to heaven? You said something about humans having free will, well it seems more like free will with guidelines from the bibles perspective. The addition of hell, which was said to not be in the original bible, was used to put fear into those who would go against the will of God. A population in fear is easy to control when a single figure makes them believe he can save them from a terrible fate.

Blind faith in something that can't be seen or proven. The bible said this was Lucifer's undoing; he needed to see to believe. Maybe a statement saying that anyone who questions the word of God will meet the same fate?

Other than trying to show the potential purpose of the bible, and in doing so, show that your opinion is flawed, I haven't really been on-topic.

Anyways, something that can directly relate is the fact there are many religions, all with a belief of how it all began. How can you be so certain Christianity is right? The Egyptian gods have been around much longer than the Christian god, as an example.

I like Egyptian Gods better; they favor me :o

And God does love us. But the word love is so vauge nowadays it could mean anything from brotherhood to lust. This love that the Lord has is more of a desire for coexistance, a gravitation toward unity.
God loves you, he's not in love with you.
