Bigfoot is in San Andreas Storm Map on the The Twisted Mountain looking thing in San Fierro (The place where the entrance to Blue Hell is) Go all the way to the top. Now look toward the Pyramid Building and look down. There should be a big trench there. Go down to the bottom, turn on your flash light, and you should see a mini fig with one big and one normal foot.
