Cannon
No more need for spawning player projectiles!

Description
Tired of connecting to fort wars then spawning only to be killed by players spawning projectiles as turrets? Kiss all that goodbye. Introducing the cannon! The cannon is a 1 person turret vehicle capable of taking down tanks, planes, players and forts!

V2 fixes:
Movement when shot at.
stuffty view.

edit: a physic vehicle is a vehicle without wheels and it vibrates

Like, a jeep? No, it is a player model type vehicle such as airboat.

Shoots faster then the tank because it can use more energy on the gun instead of powering the vehicle. It also doesn't need as much cool down since it has the sole purpose of being a turret. Not a plane, not a boat, not a tank. A turret.

Well, the tank shell is enabled in the tank and it doesn't seem to work right with it.
