Konami- Build stealing troll.

So Im on my server and my friend Mapster comes in and tells me that konami is hosting a server with my BrickScape on it, He then tells me that when he said that I built it he was Perma Banned for the Reason "NO I BUILT IT YOU DUMB ***!!!!!!". I then close my server and join Konami's which is named exactly the same as mine. As I join about 6 seconds in All bricks are cleared it. I then say that I dont want them using my Build on their server and Im banned for the same reason as Mapster was.

I want you to know that I built it and that Konami is a useless troll.

I saw his server up earlier, and I'm like: "WTF? That sounds like Rocketttdog's thingy! I should check out the build." I stopped loading addons after I saw he had modern day stuffty weapons.

you don't get to decide who can or cant use your build. its not yours to claim.
all blockland related intellectual property, actually legally is badspot's. even if you built it.

besides, we all share in this community. your a cigarette for hosting a public server then attempting to keep things on it to yourself.

its PRETTY much like signing an agreement when hosting an  internet game, that you want to share your creations in every way to anyone that joins.

if you want to ban people for any reason, feel free to. but dont think you can intimidate players with threats, and dont think you can come to the forums and rally supporters.

it dosn't apply to everything idiot. the terms of buying a copy of windows issues you your own documents.

however your world of warcraft items, your stats on counter strike, your reply on yahoo answers, your blockland ID even...
can all be taken away, changed, given to someone else by the admin's, deleted and banned. as you dont own em.

just as badspot can "OWN" any addon anyone makes for blockland. claim them as his own and not allow the creators any rights to them.
even screenshots of nearly every game arent technically yours always. depends on the game.

many fansites of mmo's have been shutdown before because people were not using the ingame screenshot taker that issues the watermark, and the companies sets complaints to your host.

The best way to stop exactly this is to GIVE people the save. If it's something good, they will host it, and give you credit.

They can do whatever they want, just because it isn't socially acceptable - it won't stop them. And contract? Wtf are you going on about.
