You can apply, but sorry, you cant just ask to join.  You have to have the Full Version of the game, and a working PC.

I am to soon be getting a new computer (for sure). Maybe you come to my servers sometime? I plan to built Hogwarts and will need some help, though I might not get the computer before the end of the year. It's $425.86 (including tax) and I only have like $110 with some change.
