Before starting the clan, you may want to look around in the other clan topics.
Try to follow a format of another clan, without copying it exactly.

If you just throw in a topic like this:

Hello this is my clan I hope you like it join please!

And give absolutely no information or format. People aren't going to like it.

If you base your clan from a specific thing, like Naruto, Halo, TF2, Death Note or whatever, people will not be interested, and may dislike the clan aswell.

Thats not how a clan forms, give how it really happened.  Tell more about what your clan does.  It needs a clan logo.  Needs what projects you are working on.  All this stuff and people will stop voting WTF THIS IS HORRIBLE.

Members+positon
Ban List+reason (don't put people that are mean, or that have flamed you, that will make you look like a noob)
Title: big letters or somehow make it look good.
