Sorry godik, cant skype because im in town, on my phone (hope you get yours too soon :D) but try leaning back on your chair to hold up ice on the back of your neck, that guy said it takes a bit to work and the cold is annoying, but its worth it.

I haven't used Ice just keeping my eyes forward and playing Css and chatting with Tokerovin.
