My Music Files Don't Work!

I'v read numerous threads about how to make a music file for blockland but none of them seem to work.
I'v gotten to the point where I'v converted the WAV music file into an ogg vorbis music file.
Everything people have told me to do hasn't worked.
I'v been told to put it in the sounds, add-ons, music, and data files

To make a music file (the one that comes from a music brick) make sure that its a mono (one track) sound, as well as an .ogg.  Also remember that your file must look like the following music.ogg -no spaces and a .ogg at the end.  To make it Mono, that is another more complex tutorial.

If you have audacity, its really easy.  You can only do it with .mp3 and .mp4(with proper libraries) to convert it to mono in audacity, go to tracks>stereo track to mono>click. Simple as that.
