I tried to play blockland, it's stuck in demo mode. I can't acsess the email I signed up with, thus I can't recover my key. Suggestions?

Once you get the key, write it down. Along with all of your account passwords/usernames/keys. And put the paper in a little plastic safe under your bed.

I wrote down a copy of the key and put it in a safe place, I also made a copy of it in my bl folder as a fail safe.
