The original ban hammer. Someone made one when Retail came out. It did not work and crashed my servers.

CityRP is an awesome mod.  Again, it's the people who play it who make it suck, because some of the intelligent people don't go on rampages when they join the server.

Also, I'd have to go with all of gikon's weapons.  Way too long to download, and he as a bad person in the first place.
