.Piv isn't an image file. It's basically the save file for a pivot animation. You have to save it as a .gif.

It's in beta but it has 95% of the pivot features, and new features.

Pivot sucks if you don't know how to use it. It's always a bunch of crappily made anime stick figures teleport battling. Is that all Pivot artists can think of?
