I wonder what happens if you only send $19.94.

He'd give you an activation key but just switch two random characters around.

I dunno.  It's not a good idea to mail cash.
I did it because I have no credit card either. It worked for me, but it really is snail-mail! I had to wait more than 1 week (I live in germany too). But I had the luck my dad went to amerika  for his job, so he posted it there.

In check or money order format, yes.  20 euros.

Hey Badspot whats the exchange rate on that now days? Is the cost of international postage worth it? Actually since the person sending is paying postage unless they send it P.O.D. but I suppose a P.O. Box might break the circle. But then the cost of maintenance might be more than the cost of the original international postage. Oh then there's the problem of if the stamp is invalid or the check bounces.

Tl;dr Postage system is forgeted up.

I can't believe how persistent this myth is.  Mailing a letter internationally costs the same as mailing one across the street thanks to the Universal Postal Union.  One regular stamp is all you need.

20 Euros is approx. 28.42 US Dollars. lol Badspot probably just scammed 8 dollars and 42 cents out of some kid
