I thought killing people was the whole point of CityRP.   I mean if you're not supposed to kill people then why is weapon damage on and why are there a million guns?

Yeah, it actually was blocked on the vulnerable side by a building, but the owner let them all in by making a hole in his wall for the spears to hit the jail wall through.
