Also L4D2 looks like a waste imo, valve should be working on EP3.

Yeah, they don't need to waste time on a entire second game for a game that has no real major story.
Maybe an expansion pack, but not a full blown game.

Because it hasn't even been a year since L4D's release. The game hasn't even gained that much popularity yet, and they're already announced a sequel that could easilly be turned into an expansion for L4D, kind of like what Rockstar did with the lost and damned.
