That sounds painful. And itchy. Whatever you do, just don't use itching cream. It opens your sack's pores and, well, it burns. Your family jewels. Like fire from hell. On gasoline. In a jar of magnesium.
I think I read somewhere some guy used itching cream on his sac and sat on the bathroom floor for an hour or so.
Use ice to make the skin hard and then just pop the little forgeter out.
also good for lowering sperm count
