I may just app if you're lucky >:D, jk, this has potential to be a very successful clan, however, I am involved in quite a few projects at the moment so I may not be able to create an app specially for this clan. Is it ok if you let me in on a build that isn't made specifically for this clan?

The 'you must build and app for ZotB' is mostly to show if you can give enough effort and dedication to join. I know you well enough to know that you will do that.
However...
I have not ever seen one of your builds and you will need to post one to convince me to let you to join.

Your build is good, but could be better.
It barely meets the expectations of ZotB.
But I read the eventer thing and that seems really cool.
I'll let you in to the clan in a Rookie position.
