hi i got bored one after noon and made this. it took me awhile to make and i thought it was decent so i thought id apply for a clan with it.

        one of he islands has an udergrond bunker but i had trouble takin a pic of it
        i would also like to mention that you can go inside each building and each and are fully furnished except the 4          stores which i could not fit anything into. Rate x/10. Although i Fail ill try to make a better one. i feel this is not bad for a first attept at making a small build. oh well.

1. I'd like to see alot more terrain build into it
2. Try transparent water with a sandy baseplate under, looks a lot much better.
3. Try to use less bricks - I see some places you could use quite a few less
4. Good job at interiors
5. Very interesting structural designs
6. Try adding some stuff on the roofs - look at some real buildings, there's usually some more stuff.

I made a few changes. The water is tansparent and i added an island. also sme other minor changes like a movie theatre in the hotel. also thinking about adding a boat and mabey a plane from the roof.

I am very sorry, your build, which scored a 67%, did not recieve the required score of 80%. I am sorry, but I think with a little more practice, you can recieve a higher score. Here are some Tips:

• Make it less spammy, don't use so many bricks.
• For your water, use the ShapeFX, water, instead of undulo.
• Make the interiors a little better.
