I did a spotlight search on my computer and didn't find it.

The .gif file has to be 75x75 or smaller, otherwise, it will resize and be a .jpg instead

If you found a .gif on the Internet, just search, 'online gif resizer'. That's what I do and it works fine.

I'm pretty sure GIMP is compatable.
Each layer in a picture is interpreted as a frame when exporting to a .gif with GIMP.
