Chat fonts and such question

Okay,

So I got onto a server and there is this guy (the admin) who has this name where it has a font type arial and a sadow behind it.

I found out how to edit my clan prefix from the dedicated console to change the font of my name in chat (<font:Arial Bold:24>) but how do I get a shadow. Or maybe italics or slashthrough or somthing like that. Is there like a <s> or a <b>.

I would really like to know. Help is appreciated.

Let me simplify my question. Is there any way I can do this this this this or a shadow like this >> http://css-class.com/test/images/text-shadow5.png  with event tags

Is there like a font Arial Shadow or some other FONTNAME shadow?

<shadow:x:y>  <shadowcolor:FFFFFF>.  Just reset shadow to 0:0 for no shadow.
