Need to start with 64x64 Base?

Says all in title,
since i got v12 i started a single player server, then i planted a 32x32 base brick then suddenly a window pops up and says "You need 64x64 base to start" i was like wtf!??!?
the question is : CAN I OFF THIS FRIGGIN 64X64 ONLY?!??!?!?
if not. i will start with 64x64 forever!??

Anyway it's liek this because of the add-on called Script_TerrainBuildRules, which came with v12.

How are people getting this problem?  The add-on is disabled by default.  Are you just enabling every add-on blindly and hoping for the best?

people tend to click "enable all" just out of pure convenience.
