if you've ever played StarWars Battlefront 1 and/or 2, you should make the sniper rifle from it.
basicallly, a laser old school rifle, but you should also give it an actual beam, to make it look like a beam rifle.

One OSR is enough.
But I know what you're talking about, he could just use a really fast projectile speed like the new OSR uses when you're not scoping.
I think assault rifles should happen before sniper rifles, though.

Coincidentally, the assault rifle is almost completed and the sniper is due to be released after that.

For those people who keep suggesting guns, look at what my old laser weapon set was, I am going to remake everything in that. Thus I will be doing a Laser Cannon (though that will be after the sniper) but with a slightly different take on it (and hopefully a better name then LC-16T). Also the Proto-16 (pushgun) will be back plus two other guns I decided on a looooong time ago and if anyone has suggested anything similar to these I don't want you to go around thinking that I got the idea from you. I had the idea since I started working on this release.... about a year ago... forget I am slow...
And chex, the laser cutter was... well, cut, as it was a stuffty model and concept overall. I may eventually make some lightsabre thing (though totally not a lightsabre) as an additional... thing but that wont be at least until after I finish the main set.

I like the defraction and repeater, because their like the ones we used to have.  The alien ones are cool, but I prefer the old-style ones.
