Breath in, breath out. Now it's toggle-able!

Description
Breath in, breath out. The classic oxygen script made by SolarFlare back in v8! This time, it's toggle-able! When you're underwater, the oxygen level lowers, once it reaches 0 you die.
The /command to toggle this is, /ToggleOxygen. Oxygen is on by default.

To-do list:
I might add the events, addOxygen and setOxygen.
I also might add the feature of the oxygen going back up to the $maxOxygen value slowly instead of instantly when you get out of the water.

Oh. I thought you meant /set oxygen [number], like as the amount of oxygen you start with.
Well, can you add that? For example, if you want water to be deadly, you set the oxygen to 1.

No I won't add that. For you can edit the $maxOxygen pref. I can add a RTB pref for it though.

Yes, it's Super Admin only.

Wait you should fix it to because when you in water you can't drown, you just float to top and he breaths(oxeygen don't go down).

You drown if you're underwater, not if you're on the top... The oxygen goes down if you're underwater.

Also, I think there should be a /toggle gills... So when you buy Zora armor, you can breathe underwater :D

There isn't a setTotalOxygen cmd (I'll be adding a RTB pref). And I don't think I'll do the gill thing.
