Still stuck where I have to fly around buildings though... I keep getting my wings smashed off. I remember glitching through one somehow, but then a giant Bee stung me and I blew up.

When you get to the giant bee you have to do a barrel roll right when he is about to sting you, that will break off the stinger and kill him! Careful, you will get shot down by a AA gun in a cutscene and have to face KajeMech!

Make sure you activate all-range mode before you do the barrel roll or you may wind up crashing into the hive. Also note that the activation button for the self destruction is hidden in the wreckage where the APC hit.

Easy, you have to stun him with your horse ray, then you grab one of his RTB hammers and you hit him on the head with it. It should instantly kill him if you did it right.
